Job Description
  1. Formulating training content and lesson plan as per process design.
  2. Include audio, videos and interactive learning in training content that can best help in training employees.
  3. Keep training content updated with all new changes as and when they occur.
  4. Conduct internal tests and mocks with associates.
  5. Owning batch throughput.
  6. Ensuring that associates perform above benchmark on key deliverables such as Quality/C-sat.
  7. Conduct refresher sessions for on floor associates based on TNI.
  8. Conducting soft skills sessions for the on floor associates.
  9. Responsible for 30 days on floor performance of new associates.
  10. Participate in recruitment.
